The sequencing and report are CLIA certified and reviewed and signed by lab director and a physician. It can be directly used for diagnosis of a selected group of health conditions.

This service allows to schedule a telehealth doctor's appointment. The doctor calendar availability is presented after initial triage for genetic testing. If the next available slot takes longer than 2h (during regular business hours), the user may request a co-pay refund.

Right after the payment of the co-pay, the user MUST interact with our virtual assistant to report symptoms that are used to define the DNA regions to be analyzed  to build a genetic-augmented health report that is delivered to your doctor right before your appointment.

This genetic analysis has the ability to test novel genetic mutations that are not analyzed in the risk report. The appointment doctor receives the genetic-augmented health report before the appointment starts.
